Booking conditions
Depending on your reservation date, you will be asked for between 30% and 100% of the deposit of the total amount of your nights in order to validate your reservation.
Once the bank withdrawal has been made, you will receive a proforma invoice and confirmation by email.
The balance will either be taken 6 days before your arrival or to be paid on site upon your arrival.
However, if the direct debit does not work, your reservation will be canceled.
Terms of cancelation
Cancellation of stay - Modification of stay - Early departure
From your reservation date:
- up to 30 days before the arrival date: you will lose the 30% deposit paid,
- from 29 days to 15 days before the arrival date: you will lose 50% of the stay,
- from 14 days to 7 days before the arrival date: you will lose 75% of the stay,
- from 6 days to the day of your arrival: you will lose 100% of the stay.
No refunds will be made
We advise you to take out the cancellation insurance that will be offered to you before making payment.
Our establishment offers upon reservation and subject to availability:
- Early Check-In from 1:00 p.m. at a rate of 50 euros per room,
- Late Check-Out until 2:00 p.m. at a rate of 50 euros per room.
- Wake-up service from 9:00 a.m.
- A comfort baby service for €30.
- A lingerie service within 48 hours at a cost of €30.
- Two types of pillows.
To know:
- Animals are allowed upon reservation (price ranging from €70 to €100).
- Standard, Superior and Premium rooms can accommodate 2 people.
- Triple rooms can accommodate 3 people.
Any customer not respecting the number of people per room type will be refused access to the establishment without reimbursement of the stay.
The right to visit an outside person is only granted after presentation at the reception of the establishment.
Tobacco and Degradation:
- It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the rooms, a supplement of 1 night will be applied. Beyond the discomfort for the next guest, this entails a complete cleaning of all textiles in the room and a closure of the room for 1 day.
- In the event of damage or theft, we reserve the right to debit the estimated amount of damage, including in the event of operating loss.
Our opening hours:
- Reception 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. - Bar 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
We can offer you a Snack Bar service daily from 1:00 p.m to 21:00.
PLEASE NOTE Arrival - Departure: Check-in 3:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. / Check-out 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
- If your arrival is planned after 9:00 p.m., you must notify the establishment the same day. Without this information, your reservation will be considered a no-show.
- Any departure planned before 9:00 a.m. must be regularized the day before before 8:00 p.m.
